Communication skills play an important role in our lives. We may acquire any degree or position but if we are not good communicators we cannot be successful in life. Language acquisition comes from the understanding of LSWR- Listening, Speaking, Writing and Reading.
Being able to communicate effectively is one of the most important life skills to learn. Communication is defined as the process of transferring information. It aims at achieving greater understanding. It can be done vocally (through verbal exchanges), through written media (books, websites, and magazines), visually (using graphs, charts, and maps) or non-verbally (body language, gestures, pitch of voice and tone). All these means of communication are essential soft skills that are vital for a successful career.
Having strong communication skills helps in all aspects of life – from professional life to personal life and everything that falls in between. From a business standpoint, all transactions result from communication. Good communication skills are essential to allow others and yourself to understand information more accurately and quickly.

Language Laboratory:
Language Laboratory is a networked application developed for students and enhances opportunities to practise communication skills. The University has built up a state-of-the-art Language Laboratory with over 72 desk tops and gadgetry, aimed at honing the communication proficiency in English Language. Here learning language becomes more tasks based and contextual individually. It provides an easy way to master the language through the method of listening and speaking.
Our Language Laboratory has the following Hardware & Software:
Snet Class, Screen broad cast, voice broad cast, Voice Chat System, Monitor and Control Screen recording and play back, group chat, remote command, file distributing , remote setting, net movie, rush to answer, web control, program control.
