About Uttaranchal College of Nursing
Uttaranchal College of Nursing, a constituent institute of Uttaranchal University was established in the year 2021 with an aim to prepare highly knowledgeable and more competent fraternities in the field of Nursing. The institution is committed to creating and grooming the students to deal with the demanding challenges in the health care system at the National and International levels.
The institution strives to inculcate the best possible evidence-based practices in the areas of nursing education, practice, administration, and research through outcome-based education. I am happy to state that the institution provides a wide range of opportunities to the budding nurses to promote all-round development in the various domains of education and clinical practice by adopting prescribed standards at the national and global levels.
The institution is approved by the Government of Uttarakhand, Uttarakhand State Nurse, and Midwife council as well as Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi.

Our institution is committed to provide well balanced education and prepare the students to be an effective professional through various facets of life such as physical, mental, social, cultural changes by incorporating different curriculum in the program.
Nurses have been at the forefront of the battlefield of the health and illness continuum and nurses do more than a simple aspect of caring. The present pandemic threw a light on the significance of the nursing profession and the tireless role of nurses to the entire community of the Globe.
