A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between ICT Academy and Uttaranchal University on the 11th February 2019. Prof. Dr. N. K. Joshi, Vice Chancellor, Uttaranchal University and Mr. Anand Babu Pushparaj, Senior Manager, ICT Academy were the signatories. Dr. Sumit Chaudhary, Head – Department of Computer Science and Engineering and Mr. Aaditya Singh, RM signed as Witnesses. This MOU outlined the initiative for mutual cooperation between the two parties in the areas of FDP (both, Technical and Non-Technical), Industry- Institute Interactions, Seminars and Conferences. This is once again a great initiative taken by UIT, Uttaranchal University to bridge the gap between the students, industry and teachers. ICT Academy is an initiative of the Government of India in collaboration with the state Governments and Industries. ICT Academy is a not-for-profit society, the first of its kind pioneer venture under the Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) model that endeavors to train the higher education teachers and students thereby exercises on developing the next generation teachers and industry ready students. The ICT Co-ordinator, Dr. Sumit Chaudhary said that is collaboration will help the Faculty Members to enhance their knowledge and will lead to achieve best in their careers.
