Uttaranchal Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences celebrated ‘World Environment Day 2021’ on 5thJune 2021.The Chancellor of the University appreciated the event for its informative value. The event was organized for the students with an intent to make them aware with the various environmental factors. The event started with Mr. Ashish Dimri giving a brief introduction about the objective and the details of the event. Thereafter the students of B.Pharm. 4th Year and 3rd Year Supriya Khanra, Ananta Pandit, Vanshika Khare and Aditi Keshtwal shared their presentations and explained the importance of environment to us.Vice Chancellor of the University Prof. (Dr.) Devendra Pathak appreciated the content prepared and shared by students. The Dean of UIPS Prof. (Dr.) Vikash Jakhmola congratulated the students for their participation and expected that the session will be very helpful with respect to understanding various aspects of environment and the importance of conservation and restoration of the environment. The event ended with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Mrs. Pallavi Ghildiyal.
