Students of Department of Civil Engineering participated in “Engineeria19” conducted by CADD CENTRE, Dehradun (Ballupur Branch) on 21st September, 2019. Mr. Akshay Katiyar, CADD Centre Head, Dehradun and Mr. Madhur Sharma -Senior Engineer Business Support, Cadd Centre Corporate Office Delhi explained the concept behind the conduction of competitions like “Engineeria 19”.
11 students of Department of Civil Engineering were selected on 16th October, 2019 for the Second Round. Out of the 11 selected students 03 students were from B. Tech. (CE) IV Year, 07 students were from B. Tech. (CE) III Year and 01 student was from B.Tech. (CE) 2nd Year. The Second Round was then conducted on 16th October, 2019 and was aimed to test the technical knowledge of the students. 2 students of B. Tech. (CE) IV Year, namely, Gurvinder Kaur and Diksha Kohli cleared the Second Round.
The Final Winner of this competition will get Prize Money of Rs. 25000/- along with Winner Trophy for the College, Certificates and Free Course Vouchers. The Second and Third Runner Up will get a Prize Money of Rs. 15000/- and Rs. 10000/- respectively along with Free Course Vouchers.
Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) N.K Joshi, Head of Department Dr. Faraz Tariq and Department Coordinator Mr. Awadhesh Chandramauli appreciated the hard work of the students and motivated them for the upcoming rounds of “Engineeria19”.
