Hon’ble Chancellor wishes Happy Deepawali to all. Uttaranchal University has a rich tradition of according reverence to all the festivals that Characterize our country’s multi multiculturalism. On the eve of Deepawali, as it is the custom, the Hon’ble Chancellor distributed sweets to all the faculty and staff. He wish them a Happy Deepawali and Prosperous New Year.
