Mr. Baburam Sherpa, Chief Program Officer Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Government of Bhutan was the esteemed visitor at Uttaranchal University. He held discussion with the university officials about the feasibility of initiating student exchange program between the colleges in Bhutan and Uttaranchal University.
