A one-day Educational Tour to Dhanaulti was organized by the Department of Mathematics, School of Applied and Life Sciences, Uttaranchal University on 18th October, 2019. Dr. V.K. Srivastava was the key organizer of the event.
Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma , Dr. Shalu Chaudhary and Dr. Mohit Kumar (Faculty Members of Department of Mathematics) along with the students of B.Sc. (Hons.) Mathematics reached Eco Park, Dhanaulti at 11.30 am.
All the tour members enjoyed the beauty of nature. While returning the group witnessed snow fall. For the students it was a real-life learning experience.
Hon’ble Chancellor Shri Jitender Joshi and Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) N. K. Joshi appreciated the initiative taken by the Head of the Department of Mathematics Dr. V.K. Srivastava and all the Faculty Members towards the organization of this tour.
