About: incrEDIBLE CLUB plays an important role in creating food processing and technology awareness. It is a platform where student get knowledge about food processing, techniques, nutrition and food entrepreneurship.
Objectives:
- To educate the students about different dietary and functional food.
- To create clean and hygienic practice and procedure of food processing.
- To motivate students for innovative new product development.
- To involve student in different activities like entrepreneurship and skilled development programs.
Activities:
- To aware students about new processing and techniques of food technology.
- Action based activities like food exhibition, recipes contest.
- Organize seminars, guest lecture workshops on food technology.
- Sensitize the student about food waste management and their use in food processing.
