The Training and Placement Department of the Uttaranchal University organized a series of workshops on soft skills for B.Tech II year students of all branches.
Mr. Amit Goel of Career Launcher conducted the first workshop on 10 September. He trained the students in the group discussion, technical aptitude, personality development techniques and the success ‘mantras’ in career.
The second workshop was conducted in partnership with Due North company on 11 September. Mr. Nishit Sinha the expert trainer in soft skills, held an interactive session with B.Tech students on techniques of interview, techniques of cracking the competitive examinations for jobs and methods of enhancing communication skills.
The third workshop was organized in collaboration with Aspiring Minds on 12 September. Mr. Varun Yadav the soft skills expert trained the students in personality development, in confidence building measures and the role of aptitude for success in careers.
