NSS Wing of Uttaranchal University conducted “Clothes Donation Drive” in the University Campus on 18th November, 2016. The campaign was organized by the students and faculty members of the Department of Mathematics and the members of the NSS Unit of Uttaranchal College of Applied & Life Sciences.
With the aim to help the less fortunate, the members endeavored to collect as many clothes as possible to keep the deprived ones comfortable in harsh summers and winters.
Students from all the constituent faculties of Uttaranchal University donated their old clothes. The key organizers of the event were Prof. (Dr.) Ajay Singh (Principal-SALS) and Dr. V.K Srivastava (Head – Department of Mathematics).
