Badminton Tournament was organized by Chemistry and Physics departments, UCALS, Uttaranchal University from 15th to 19th February, 2019 in the college premises.
The tournament was inaugurated by Prof. (Dr.) Ajay Singh, Principal-UCALS. More than 30 students from different departments: Physics, Chemistry, Foodtech, Biotech and Mathematics participated in the event. The event was organized by Mr. Prateek Uniyal, Dr.Vivekanad Bahuguna and Mr. Shivam Pandey.
Students participated very actively in the event. The event ended with the finals for boys in both categories of single and double matches. Kartik Chamoli from B.Sc Foodtech won the final of boys single and Abhishek Rawat of B.Sc Chemistry and Rohit of B.Sc Biotech won the boys doubles after a hard fought match.
