Pharmacognosy Club of Uttaranchal Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences organized a ‘Tree Plantation Programme’ on the occasion of “World Pharmacist Day” on 25, September, 2018, to create awareness among the students regarding the responsibilities of a Pharmacist with regards to the environment and health care system implementations.
Dr. Anuj Mittal inaugurated the ‘Tree Plantation Programme’ by planting a sapling which was followed by the faculty members and the students. They planted the saplings of Tulsi, Neem, Curcuma, Senna and Neel Moharat in the Medicinal Garden.Total 30 students of the Pharmacy Department attended the programme.
