The Session was held between July 27 and 31, 2017. It began with a talk by Mr. A.K.S. Chauhan over the meaning and significance of research, the research process and the problem formulations to carry on a research activity in length in his two technical sessions.
Subsequently, Dr.S.Patra took the participants to the next level of the intricacies in research and various technical aspects of the scientific research, He also discussed extensively the research design, scale-sampling techniques and the errors involved in the process.

The second and third-day sessions were more focused towards the use of SPSS. Dr.Choubeyand Dr.Patra did excellent work imparting the concept of SPSS, its execution and its capacity in analyzing the data. The variable data entry and the suitable tests for different research conditions were discussed at length.
