Uttaranchal University congratulates Ms. Ayushi Ranjan (B.A. LL.B, 1st Semester) and Ms. Deepsi Rawat (BBA.LL.B, 7th Semester) of Law College Dehradun for seizing the 1st and the 3rd positions respectively in the Elocution Competition hosted at Uttarakhand Judicial Academy (UJALA) in Nanital on the theme – “Child Safety – Law & Implementation” A REALITY CHECK.
The eloquent duo was conferred Cash Prizes of Rs.10,000 and Rs.3,000 and an internship opportunity at the Uttarakhand High Court by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Sharma (Judge, Uttarakhand High Court), Hon’ble Mr. Justice Lokpal Singh (Judge, Uttarakhand High Court), Hon’ble Mr. Justice R.S. Sodhi (Former Judge, Delhi High Court) and the President, Bar Council of Uttarakhand in the presence of other dignitaries. About 30 students of LCD participated in the Seminar.
