SLA celebrates world Students’ day

Concerning the commemoration of the life, ideals, and philosophies of the Missile Man of India, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam on his 90th birth anniversary, the School of Liberal Arts organized a wholesome event to celebrate World Students’ Day, which was an insightful documentary session. The event was initiated with diligent speeches that were delivered by Mr Arman Joshi , BA (H) English and Mr Ali, BA (H) Psychology in English and Hindi respectively. The intricate details that the words held adorned the session with the praiseworthy ideals of Kalam which were brought back to everyone’s concern. The documentary- “Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam’s Life Advice Will Change Your Future” was based on an inspirational speech that was delivered by Abdul Kalam.

Furthermore, the event was preceded with an addressal to the students by the Dean- SLA, Prof (Dr) Shravan Kumar who elaborated the inspirational thoughts and virtuous deeds that Kalam adhered to, and manifested throughout in the endeavours of his life. He also conveyed that how one must acquire the visions of  Kalam, who was an exemplary, intellectual, and humble being and the fact that assimilating Kalam’s ideologies in life can prove to be constructive and utilitarian in the results. In the concluding segment of the session, a Vote of Thanks was proposed by Prerna Singh BA (H)English who extended gratitude to the teachers and the student coordinators, along with the entire SLA fraternity who contributed in their own possible ways to make the event a grand success. The entire session was enjoyed by everyone as it was interesting and insightful at the same time in its approach.
