School of Agriculture organized a Field Visit on 23rd January 2020 under the supervision of Prof. (Dr.) J.P. Mishra, Principal – SOA. The visit was planned to provide practical on-field exposure to the students as required for successful completion of B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture. The students of IV and VI Semester were accompanied by Dr. Supriya Gupta, Dr. Geeta Gaur, Mr. Jayanti Ballabh, Ms. Sonali Gaur and Ms. Rachna Juyal. The students were exposed to a demonstration of cross-breeding, tagging, identification of plant diseases, identification of different stages of crop and wheat sowing. The visit concluded with a Question-Answer Session wherein the queries of the students were aptly answered.
