The representatives of United States–India Education Foundation, Fulbright–Commission in India, New Delhi, held a seminar-cum-presentation for doctoral students and Post graduate students of Uttaranchal University on the Fulbright-Nehru Fellowship opportunities being offered to Indian Citizen for study, research, teaching and professional development in the USA.
Dr Gayatri Singhal,Academic Program Manager and Ms Viji Naina Program Coordinator of USIEF discussed with the students the various fellowship programs under the Fulbright-Nehru Scholarships available for the outstanding Indians, demonstrating leadership qualities. These scholarships are available for pursuing Master’s Course in USA, Doctoral Research, For Academic and Professional Excellence, for Post Doctoral Research, and for Foreign Language Teaching. Students showed keen interest in this presentation and held interactive sessions with the USIEF representatives.
