A online national quiz on Vedic Mathematics was organised by Department of Mathematics, School of Applied and Life Sciences, Uttaranchal University on 20 June 2020 through Google Classroom under the coordination of Dr. Vikas Kumar. The main objective of this quiz was to explore &improvise their General Knowledge and Basic Vedic Mathematical skills. Besides the obvious academic benefits of expanding a student’s knowledge and exploring new skills at an early age, quizzes redefine the education system in significant ways.
The quiz contained 30 MCQs based on Vedic Mathematics. Total 2150 no. of students and faculties from school, College and universities from places of India participated in this quiz. The participant who score 40% and above marks got an E-certificate through their registered E- mail.
