Law College Dehradun, a Faculty of Uttaranchal University, Dehradun in collaboration with Uttarakhand Biodiversity Board is offering Online Certificate Programme on the legalities pertaining to the implementation of The Biological Diversity Act . 2002.
The e-certificate programme is trifurcated for the industry, practitioners and students. Through the programme the students will gain knowledge and expertise in biodiversity which has become the next upcoming area in litigation and have an added advantage of earning a certificate endorsed and certified by the statutory body, the Biodiversity Board which has its genesis under the CBD (Convention for Biodiversity).
