Law College Dehradun, Faculty of Uttaranchal University, organized a grand Felicitation Ceremony on 3rd December, 2019 to acknowledge its alumnus Sparsh Agarwal (2009-14 Batch) for clearing Bihar Judiciary Examination. Hon’ble Chancellor Shri. Jitender Joshi presented a memento as a token of appreciation and recognition to Sparsh Agarwal. Chancellor Shri. Jitender Joshi acknowledged that it was his pleasure to felicitate such brilliant alumnus like Sparsh Agarwal who brought laurels to the college. He expressed his appreciation towards all the Faculty Members for maintaining the higher standards and quality of education.
Principal and Dean Prof. (Dr.) Rajesh Bahuguna in his speech proudly stated that it is always a moment of honour and pride when we felicitate our own students for attaining the highest positions in the field of law. He also acclaimed that Sparsh Agarwal was the 41st alumnus to share the dais along with the dignitaries in the capacity of Judicial Officer. He insisted the students to take such seniors as their role model and remain focused towards their studies as hard work has no substitute.
Sparsh Agarwal in his address to the audience expressed his gratitude towards the Faculty Members and stated that his was a blessed batch to get the entire focus and able guidance of the Faculty Members. He further said that motivation and direction given by the Faculty Members helped him to achieve his target. His advice to his juniors was to pay keen attention and concentration to the lectures delivered as they were the key to his success. Besides this keeping oneself updated with the current affairs is quintessential to crack Judiciary Examination. He also expressed his contentment stating that the Competitive Cell initiated by the College is a blessing for the students.
