Human Resource Club of Uttaranchal Institute of Management, Uttaranchal University organized a Debate Competition “Manthan” on 26th February, 2019 on the topic, “Death Penalty”. The event was organized under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Pradeep Suri, Director- UIM. He congratulated the Club for organizing the competition and boosted the morale of the participants.
The event was coordinated by Mr. Shailesh Chamola, President – HR Club (UIM) along with Dr. Babita Rawat, Ms. Sonakshi Bhatia, Mr. Sunil Kumar and Student Coordinators Mr. Ayush Jain & Ms. Shristi Suyal. The programme was anchored by Ms.Shristi Suyal (Student President HR Club).
Students from all the constituent departments of UIM participated in the event. They put forth their views on the topic in a skillful manner. The jury comprised of Prof. (Dr.) Anshul Sharma (HOD-Management) and Mr. Ravindra S. Rawat (Academic & Cultural Head-UIM).
