Hosts the Grand Inauguration of “Rendezvous” and “Ambrosia” on September 5, 2018

Department of Hotel Management , under the aegis of Uttaranchal University, hosted the Grand Inauguration of “Rendezvous” – the artistically designed Food & Beverage Service Lab comprising of a training restaurant with attached mock bar and “Ambrosia” – the state-of-the-art Food Production Lab with stainless steel kitchen equipments, machines and ultra modern facilities on 5th September, 2018. The theme of the event was ‘Italian’ wherein the budding Hoteliers cooked delicious Italian dishes and served them to the dignitaries.
