Department of Hotel Management, UIM, Uttaranchal university conducted a Workshop on Flair Bartending and mixology on 13/11/2019 which was attended by BHM students.
Workshop was inaugurated by HOD- Department of Hotel Management, Mr. Manish Badoni.
In his inaugural speech Mr. Badoni said “No one can arrive from being talented alone, work transforms talent into genius.
The workshop was conducted by MrKuldeep Singh Chauhan and PiyushBora , BAR academy of Doon, Dehradun, renowned BAR experts in North India.
Mr. Kuldeep started the session with a PPT presentation on –basics of mixology , parts of mocktail and their types.
At the end of the PPT session, Mr. Kuldeep answered questions of enthusiastic students.
He also showed students BAR equipments, Various Glasses, Ice Types, decoctions, infused botanicals.
Session concluded by a Flair show by Piyush Bora, 3 times winner Best Flair Bartender by IFBA (Indian Flair Bartender Association ).
Mr. Bora exhibited 2 tin, 3 tin, 4 tin flair show.
