Department of Hotel Management conducts “Easter Cookery Workshop”

Easter or The Resurrection Sunday is a Christian festival and holiday commemorating the resurrection of Jesus from the dead. So we tried to resurrect some of the recipes from traditional Easter brunch.

Classical dishes like Roast Chicken with roast gravy, Pomme Anna, Hot Cross Buns and Crème Brulee were prepared by the II Semester students under the guidance of Chef Abhishek Maindola on 2nd April, 2021. The Department of Hotel Management invited Hon’ble Dean-UIM Prof. (Dr.) Pradeep Suri on lunch. He gave some valuable tips to the students. The day ended with the wise words of Mr. Manish Badoni- HOD – Department of Hotel Management who spoke about the tradition of Easter brunches.
