Prof. Rajesh Bahuguna, Dean, Law College Dehradun and Vice Chancellor (Officiating) of the University delivered a lecture on the topic “Conceptual Note on Human Rights” at UGC-Human Resources Development Centre (HRDC), Nainital from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm on 10 September, 2020. The lecture was attended by the teachers of different Universities of the country through online platform Google Meet.
