A workshop on ‘Information Security, Data Science & Storage Management‘ will be held on 27 August 2013 at the Faculty of Engineering and Technology (UIT).
The workshop is being organized jointly by the Department of Computer Science/Information Technology of the University and EMC Data Storage Systems Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi. Experts from EMC and other reputed organizations will address the faculty members and students of the faculty of Engineering and Technology.
The workshop will lay emphasis on recent developments in the field of computer science like Cloud Infrastructure & Services, Backup Recovery Systems &Architecture, Data Science & Big data Analytics and Information Storage& Management.
The objective of the workshop is to create awareness about the changing needs of industries. This will be of valuable assistance to train the faculty as well as the students in the emerging needs of industry and the expanding employment opportunities.
