Website Development Club, Uttaranchal Institute of Management, Uttaranchal University organized “Web Coder -2021” on 31, May 2021. The orientation of this event was to motivate the students to express themselves and share their passion by creating a website based on the given theme. The event provided the students a platform to implement their web development skills through collaborating with various web technologies. The mode of the event was online.
The students of MCA/BCA/B.Sc. (IT) developed a website on the theme “COVID-19 Pandemic”. 14 students participated in the event. The event gained success under the guidance of Dr. Pradeep Suri (Dean – UIM) and the supervision of WDC Faculty Members, namely, Mr. Amar Jeet Rawat, Dr. Rajiv Kumar and Dr. Himani Maheswari.
Mr. Sameer Dev Sharma and Dr. Shalini Aggarwal judged the event. The main criteria of the judgment included 1) Responsive Design 2) CSS Design and Effects 3) Validation 4) Dynamic Content.
