The Globe Club (Global Learning and Observation to Benefit the Environment Club) of Uttaranchal Institute of Management, under the aegis of Uttaranchal University, organized a Donation Drive of clothes and other utility items 20th January, 2016 under the leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Pradeep Suri (Director-UIM).
The activity was supervised by Mr. Manish Gurung (Head – Globe Club), along with the members of Globe Club. The objective of the event was to create awareness about the importance of helping people in need. The campaign was conducted for educating the students about the importance of donation of things that we do not need.200 students actively participated in this event and they encouraged others to contribute to this noble cause. Even faculty members contributed to the successful completion of this event.
