Uttaranchal College of Nursing, organized Med Talks under the aegis of the student council, office of Dean Student Welfare, Uttaranchal University in collaboration with Max Super Specialty Hospital, Dehradun. The session was held on 06th May 2022 at 03:00 pm in Swami Vivekananda Auditorium. The program was started with the lighting of the lamp by Prof (Dr) Shravan Kumar, DSW and Prof (Dr) Babu D, Principal, UCN to signify a good start of the event. The program began with a welcome address by Ms Alisha, a Member Student council followed by a brief introduction of the program by Prof (Dr) Babu D, Principal, Uttaranchal College of Nursing. The first session was carried out by Dr Mayank Nautiyal MBBS & MS & MCh, Consultant & HoD Department of Liver Transplant & GI Surgery, Max Super Specialty Hospital, Dehradun, addressed the gathering about the importance of organ transplantation and described to students how we can live behind a leaving legacy and the 2nd session was dealt by Dr Preety Pandey M.B.B.S & M.D, Associate Consultant, Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Max Super Specialty Hospital, Dehradun casted the light upon the women health and detailed insight the gynecological disorders and how to remove the stigma of women problem to live a healthy and fruitful life. At the end of Ms Tuba, a member of the Student Council, Uttaranchal University proposed a vote of thanks.
