Uttaranchal University organized a two-days session on career counseling for the final year students of Engineering, IT and Management.
The expert career consultants of the industry and the HR attended the session and briefed the students about the numerous job opportunities available to them and how they can evaluate their interest areas and aptitude for the particular job.
Students were also taught the skills of resume presentation, how to put their best foot forward at the interview and the criteria for selecting a good company.
The students found this exercise very useful and learnt the traits of successful placement.
