A seminar on “Stock Trading : The Challenges” was organized by Uttaranchal Institute of Management on 4th October, 2017. Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Sharma was the Keynote Speaker of the seminar.
Master of Ceremony, Mr. Ravindra Singh Rawat welcomed the Keynote Speaker – Mr Sanjeev Kumar Sharma, Director-UIM Prof.(Dr.) Pradeep Suri, Dean-Research Prof. (Dr.) D.S. Choubey and HOD-Management Dr.SM Mariyam Fatima.
A number of faculty members, and the final year students of MBA, BBA and B.Com.(Hons.) attended the seminar.
The seminar began with an address delivered by Prof.(Dr.) Pradeep Suri, Director-UIM, who gave an overview of stock trading and the related relevant information. Thereupon, he invited Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Sharma for his presentation.
In his presentation, the Keynote Speaker described the nitty-gritty of the seemingly confusing stock market and the business transacted therein. The basics were conveyed in a very simple language which was easily comprehended by the students. He further narrated the technical details related to the process of Stock Trading. He also honoured questions from the audience concerning the above topic.
