Uttaranchal Institute of Management (UIM) organized a seminar on 27 September 2013, on ‘Campus to Corporate’. The seminar was conducted by Prof (Dr.) M.N Hoda, a director and professor of Computer Science in Institute of Computer Applications & Management, at Bharti Vidyapeeth, New Delhi.
Dr. Hoda spoke about industry expectations and the way fresh MBA and MCA students can bridge the divide which exists between the campus and the corporate. He spoke at length on holistic approach to development and the shortening of time cycles available to complete tasks especially in the field of IT. He also stressed on process orientation that should be the buzzword for success-oriented people. With the rapid pace of change, learning, unlearning and relearning is absolutely necessary to cope with the latest changes in technology.
