The second Virtual Alumni Meet was organized on 5th March 2022 in Uttaranchal University. The Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prof (Dr)Dharam Buddhi warmly welcomed the alumni and apprised them of the development of the University. The Chancellor of the University, Shri Jitendra Joshi in his address said that the alumni are our identity and it is because of their presence that the University has got the grade A+ from the National Accreditation and Assessment Council (NAAC) of UGC. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Pradeep Suri, Dean Alumni Association said that our alumni are the brand ambassadors of the institute and in order to establish a vibrant relationship with them, several alumni chapters will be formed in the upcoming sessions. He also called upon the alumni to contribute in the development of Uttaranchal University. Shri Iqbal Sawhney, Head CRC Department called upon the students to contribute effectively in the internship and placement of their juniors and stay connected with Uttaranchal University through various networking sites. On this occasion, Dr. Sonal Sharma, Dr. Megha Aggarwal, Mr. Manish Badauni and coordinators of the Alumni Association of all departments were present. The program ended with a vote of thanks by Mr. Abhishek Pathak, Member Secretary Alumni Association.
