In keeping with the management practices prevalent in the industry, the management trainees are subjected to rigorous training in working in variety of roles. The managers have to wear many hats. It is the endeavor of UIM to prepare the students for their future roles through fun filled activities. One such activity is the role-play, in which the participants have to visualize certain situations, which demand differential treatment.
On 28 of September 2013, a role-play event is being organized for management students. In this event teams will be provided certain pre defined themes and they have to act out roles on these themes. The event managers will communicate the themes to the teams and its members; the teams have to prepare the act as per the specifications provided from time to time. The presentation time is ten minutes and four teams are participating in this event.
