Prof. (Dr.) Rajesh Bahuguna, Principal & Dean of Law College Dehradun, faculty of Uttaranchal University delivered a lecture as Keynote Speaker in the Workshop entitled “A Turning Point for Indian Consumer: The Consumer Protection Act 2019” organized by Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, Govt. of Uttarakhand, on the occasion of National Consumer Day on 24th December, 2019.
