Uttaranchal University has collaborated with Himalaya Wellness Company, Dehradun for promoting training & skills of students along with research activities. MOU was signed by the President of Himalaya Wellness Company Dr. S. Farooq and Hon’ble Chancellor of the Uttaranchal University Mr. Jitender Joshi. On this occasion Vice President of Uttaranchal University Dr. S. S. Sehgal, Vice-Chancellor Dr. Dharam Buddhi & Dean of Applied Sciences Dr. Ajay Singh from Uttaranchal University while Dr. Zafar Mahmood and Dr. Arunesh Dixit from Himalaya Wellness Company side were present. The objectives of MOU are to enhance the employability skills of students through training & research. This tie-up will provide hands-on experience to students through industrial exposure, joint research activities along with projects.
Under this MOU students will get the benefit of training/Internship as well as in placements. Dean of Applied Science Prof. Ajay Singh informed that this MOU will be useful for the student of Uttaranchal University, especially for Applied Sciences & Pharmaceutical.
