Adnan Munir B.Tech Civil third year student was one of the four students who reached the final round of National Design Competition organized by CADD Centre Premnagar and held at Bangalore last month. Adnan was awarded a cheque of Rs. 10000/ and sponsorship worth Rs.8000/. Three other university students Sidharth Rawat,Vipul Chaudhary and Rahul Jayal; all ME IInd year students received sponsorship of Rs,8000/ and Rs 5000/ respectively for reaching the zonal round. Besides this CADD Centre Chennai has also announced cash prize of Rs.3000/ to each student.
Prizes were given away by the Chancellor, Mr Jitendra Joshi , The Vice Chancellor, Prof. S.C. Joshi and the Director of UIT Prof Vijay Raj in a graceful function held in Uttaranchal University and sponsored by CADD Centre, Premnagar.
