“Don’t be dismayed at good bye. A farewell is necessary before we can meet again and meeting again, after moments or a life time, is certain for those who are friends”. This was the theme of the cherishable farewell party the students of III year of B.Tech CSE-IT department of Uttaranchal Institute of Technology organized for their outgoing department seniors.
The program started with Ganesh Vandana, followed by several lively dances and singing performances by third year students. The atmosphere was filled with fragrance of joy and enthusiasm as IV year students actively participated in the events organized for them. The stage was dazzling with their ramp walk and waltz. On one hand Hip-Hop, Western and Break dancers rocked the stage, on the other hand sweet and melodious songs sung by several acclaimed singers of the college won everyone’s heart. At last the Talent round gave us Mr & Miss UIT Tarun Sahani and Shruti Joshi
The event was attended by Mr. Jitendra Joshi, Chancellor of Uttaranchal University, Dr. S.C Joshi, Vice Chancellor of University, Dr. Vijay Raj, Director / Dean of UIT, Dr. Raj K Dhar, Vice- dean of Academics of the University, Dr. Ajay Singh, HOD Chemistry , Dr. S.P Aggarwal, Dean Student Welfare UIT, the faculty and the students of CSE/IT Department.
The Head of Department of CSE-IT Dr. Anchit Bijalwan presented vote of thanks to the organizing committee and to the dignitaries who graced the occasion with their presence The event was organized by Mrs. Neha Chauhan, Ms Ambika aggarwal, Mr. Sumit Chaudhary Mr. Ravi Dhaundiyal, and Mr. Tarun Kumar. Deeksha Kaushal, Shubham Chaurasia, Sahil Sethi, Ayushi Aggarwal, Payoshini Singh, Bhuvnesh Kumar, Ankita Singh, Priyanka, Anubha pant, Richa, Mitul, Ishita Mukherjee were the student members of the organizing committee.
