Advocate Prof. (Dr.) Romesh Gautam (Padmashri), a leading Senior Advocate of Supreme Court and a recipient of more than 40 National and International awards, completed his Doctoral Degree in Medical Jurisprudence in the year 1989 in addition to the three Honorary Doctoral Degrees conferred on him by three different universities of India. He has handled many important constitutional matters including Dispute Review Board Cases under ADR, thus entering the Prestigious Limca Book of Records. He also heads a renowned law firm “Kaycees Law Company – Advocates and Legal Advisers”. Law College Dehradun, Uttaranchal University, took the privilege to invite him for its prestigious 4th National Moot Court Competition held on 6th October 2019.
