Dinesh Aggarwal, visited Uttaranchal University as the Chief Guest on the occasion of National Law Day and witnessed the events organized by Law College Dehradun on 26th November, 2015. President of Uttarakhand Red Cross Society and Ex-M.L.A. Sh.Ranjit Singh Verma was also present as Special Guest.
