Speaking at this occasion the Chancellor said that making student work-ready is the major challenge of education system and mere possession of degree is not sufficient to get job placements in reputed organizations. Today the students need additional skills, industry exposure and knowledge of latest technology to become suitable for high positions. He expressed the hope that joint efforts of Reliance and Uttaranchal University will ensure the required skill development among the students
Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof.(Dr). S. C. Joshi stated that the course would commence from the academic session of 2015-16. Only 60 seats will be allotted . Every student would be provided a tablet containing the important features of the entire course curriculum. He declared that the students would be trained in all aspects of latest business practices as to enable them to become expert in corporate management.
