The devastating floods in the hills of Uttarakhand has taken a heavy toll of lives and rendered countless people homeless. The relentless fury of nature has not left anyone unaffected. Our heartfelt sympathy and grief is with the people who have lost their everything in this unprecedented natural calamity.
As an expression of their solidarity with the flood affected people the Chancellor Mr. Jitendra Joshi, the faculty and the staff of Uttaranchal University donated Rs 3.02 Lakhs towards the Chief Minister’s Flood Relief Fund. The Chancellor of the University Mr. Jitender Joshi presented a cheque to the Chief Minister Mr Vijay Bahuguna.
