The School of Liberal Arts started an International Lecture Series on the innovative aspects of Literature, Communication, ELT, and Entrepreneurship. These 12 sessions will be delivered by International speakers of different 08 countries. The first session was delivered by Dr Anna Faktorovich, Director, Anaphora Literary Press, USA. She talked about the newly invented computational-linguistics authorial-attribution method and its application along with other approaches to the central texts of the British Renaissance. She elaborated on her research findings and application of the new methodologies to analyze the texts’ return during the British renaissance. All of the attribution steps were described precisely to give the audience replicable instructions on how they can apply them to any text from any period that they are interested in determining an attribution for. She added that the method can be applied for solving criminal linguistic mysteries such as who wrote the Unabomber Manifesto or theological mysteries such as if any of the Dead Sea Scrolls might have been forged by a modern author. The session was very useful particularly for the students of English Literature though it aroused curiosity in the non-literature audience too. Queries were handled at the end of the session. The vote of thanks was proposed by the convener of the International Lecture Series-2022 (ILS-22), Prof (Dr) Shravan Kumar, Dean -SLA. The first session was successfully moderated by Ms Anamika Thapa, Assistant Professor, and coordinated by Dr Pinki Chugh, Associate Professor, School of Liberal Arts.
