Badminton Tournament was organized by ‘Eureka Club’ of Physics Department, SALS, Uttaranchal University, from 8th to 11th April, 2021 in the college premises. Boys and Girls Badminton Singles Event was conducted.
The tournament was inaugurated by Dr. B.S Rawat, Head-Department of Physics-SALS. More than 32 students from different departments viz. Physics, Chemistry, Food Technology, Biotechnology and Mathematics participated in the event. The event was organized by Mr. Prateek Uniyal, Sports Coordinator- SALS.
Dr. Nishesh (Head- Department of Biotechnology), Dr. Vikas Chaudhary, Ms. Reema Arora, Dr.Vivekanad Bahuguna and Mr. Shivam Pandey were present during the event.
All the necessary arrangements were ensured by Student Sports Coordinator Sachin Singh Selal and Astha Rana. Students participated with great enthusiasm in the event. The final results were as follows:
