School of Agriculture (SOA), Uttaranchal University organised an Orientation Session on Rural Agricultural Work Experience (RAWE) and Agro-Industrial Attachment (AIA) for the students of B. Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture on 22 August 2022. The session started at 11:00 am with the introductory speech by Prof (Dr) M P Singh, Dean SOA. Dr Singh welcomed Mr Rohit and Mr Saurabh representatives of UNIFIERS, Premnagar, Dehradun. Later Dr Rajendra Prasad, HoD, SOA explained in length the objectives, scope and evaluative parameters of the RAWE and AIA Training Programme which is recommended in the fourth year of the UG Agriculture Degree Programme. Afterwards, Mr Rohit gave a huge presentation on the training UNIFIERS provides to the students. It was an interactive session. Mr Rohit emphasized that after devoting four years of life students must have a clear vision of their career and the path to achieve it. It was an interactive session. Students kept their doubts about RAWE and AIA and got solutions.
