NSS Wing of Uttaranchal University organizes a Guest Lecture on ‘Scientific Analysis of YOGA’. Mr. Atma Nand (Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics) welcomed all the guests along with Principal-SALS, Head-Department of Mathematics and all the Faculty Members of the Department of Mathematics. He introduced the Guest Speaker, Dr. Tarun Kumar Gupta, Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics, Chaman Lal Degree College, Haridwar. Dr. Gupta started his lecture by narrating the history of YOGA and its connection with Indian culture. He further scientifically discussed about the benefit of YOGA and its impact on human body. He mainly focused on “Omkar YOGA”, its uses and effects.
Dr. Ajay Singh, Principal-SALS, Dr. V.K. Srivastava, Head – Department of Mathematics along with the Faculty Members of the Department of Mathematics, namely Dr. Ajay Kumar, Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma, Mr. Atma Nand, Dr. Shalu Choudhary, Dr. Mohit Kumar and Ms. Dipika Saxena were present during the session.
