Excellence in Research of the year award 2021under the aegis of Divya Himgiri, Uttarakhand Council of Science & Technology and Society for Research & Development in Science, Technology and Agriculture was conferred upon Prof (Dr) Ajay Singh Principal/Dean of Applied and Life Sciences. It was awarded by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Shri Puskar Singh Dhami in the auditorium of Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun on the occasion of Teacher’s Day. He was Awarded “Excellence in Research” award for his contribution in research by publication of Patents, Research papers and consultancy. He has Published patent on development of environment friendly substitute of PVC. He has also developed Bio Plastic by using Agri waste like., Parelli, Coconut Husk and Alvera waste.
