Dear Candidate,
You are hereby informed that the Counseling Schedule for admission in MBA – two years full time Course, will be conducted by the Uttaranchal University as per the schedule given below:-
Counseling Schedule
Date : 18 June, 2013
Reporting : 9.30 am – 12.30 pm
Venue: Uttaranchal University campus

Eligibility:
• Minimum 50% marks at graduation level with valid MAT/CAT/CMAT/XAT Score/Percentile.
OR
• Candidates with minimum 50% marks at graduation level. (Those awaiting graduation result can also appear for counseling. However, confirmation of admission is subject to producing final result.)

• 40% seats are reserved for Uttarakhand Domicile, 50% seats for All India Candidates and 10% seats for NRI/Industry Sponsored Candidates.
• 26% rebate in Tuition Fee for Uttarakhand Domicile.

Documents Required:
Candidates are requested to bring the following documents at the time of counseling:-
• Cash or Demand Draft of Rs. 10,000/- (Advance Tuition Fee) drawn in favour of Uttaranchal University, payable at Dehradun.
• Cash or Demand Draft of Rs. 10,000/- (For hostel accommodation, if required) drawn in favour of Sushila Devi Centre for Professional Studies and Research, payable at Dehradun.
Original and photocopies of the following documents and 6 passport size color photographs:
1. Mark Sheet/Certificate of class X (as a proof of date-of-birth)
2. Mark Sheet/Certificate of class XII
3. Qualifying degree mark sheet (In case result awaited, mark sheet of second year degree examination)
4. Valid MAT/CAT/CMAT/XAT Score/Percentile Card (Original/Downloaded)
5. Domicile Certificate (Uttarakhand Candidates)
6. Category and Sub-Category Certificates (if applicable)
7. Address Proof

Note: On-the-spot registration facility is being given to candidates not registered. They can register themselves for the course and attend the counseling on the same day. Candidates are required to be personally present on the date of counseling.
