‘Mr. and Miss Uttarakhand International 2K18’ was organized on 22nd April 2018 in Hotel JSR Inn by Mr. Jatin Luthra and Mr. Shubham Jaiswal under JS Event Management. The Grand Finale of ‘Mr. and Miss Uttarakhand International 2K18’ witnessed the most classic ramp walks. Mr. Ashutosh Singh of Law College Dehradun bagged the 1st Runner-up Award and also achieved the title of ‘Mr. Photogenic’.
The Chief Guests of the event and Celebrity Jury included Mr. Saleem Zaidi, Ms. Kavita Virani (Miss North India), Acharya Sahib Jain (Celebrity Guru), Mr. Wilson Lakra and Ms. Sandhya Joshi. The pageant was divided into five rounds- Casuals, Ethnic, Formals and two Question & Answer Rounds, which were to be answered by ‘top 12’ and ‘top 6’ contestants, making the contestants prove not only their worth on ramp, but also their astuteness. Such events provide better opportunity for the youngsters to showcase their talent on a recognized and competent platform.
Congratulations to Ashutosh who brought laurels and a rare back to back victory for Law College Dehradun with Raghav as Mr. Uttarakhand 2017.
